What the API covers

The app's features, over HTTP.

Send
Text, image, audio, video, document, location, contact card, calendar event and link button.
Receive
Messages, deliveries, reads and number changes arrive by signed webhook on paid plans, or by polling on every plan.
Interact
Reply with a quote, react, edit, delete, show "typing" and mark as read.
Groups
Read groups and participant events on every plan. Send to groups from the Business plan.
Media in your storage
Files you receive and send are kept in your own bucket (Cloudflare R2, Supabase Storage or AWS S3).
Contacts and numbers
Look up contacts and profile pictures and, from the Business plan, run extra numbers on the same account.

Some features depend on the plan. See what each one includes in Plans and pricing.

Connected like WhatsApp Web

Your number joins as a linked device. Nothing changes for whoever uses the phone.

No approval process
Start sending today, with no Meta sign-up and no message templates to approve. See how it compares with the official WhatsApp Business API in the FAQ.
The phone stays yours
WhatsApp keeps working on the phone, and Turbo Notify shows up under Linked devices with your organization's name.
A pace that protects the number
Every send keeps a minimum gap that follows your plan, and newly connected numbers go through a warm-up. This reduces the risk of a restriction. WhatsApp has the final say, so message people who expect to hear from you.
